ZELMI - Electron Microscopy Center

The Central Facility Electron Microscopy is the service facility of the Technische Universität Berlin for research and teaching in the fields of electron microscopy and related physical analysis methods. Our main expertise is the combination of complementary and mutually exclusive methods for the most diverse material systems of all research groups of the TU Berlin. This service is also available to external customers. The laboratory is specialized in quantitative elemental analysis of solids with high spatial resolution, high-resolution imaging of object structures, high-resolution surface imaging, analysis of crystalline structures and structuring of samples on the nm scale.
